Registration
Please collect your name badge at the registration desk(2F) before entering.
Seat Arrangements
The seats for the invitees are prepared and they can sit freely with the exception of the one that the people who are invited as the chairperson and the speaker for each day should sit in the assigned seats where their nameplates are placed.
Forum Stage
- For the presentation, please move to the podium and use the microphone and smart pointer provided.
- After all speakers have finished their presentations, we will proceed with Discussion Session. The moderator,presenters, and discussants will all be on stage.
- During this session, panelists can use the microphones placed at each seat. Presentation times have already been informed to all presenters.
Checking the Final Presentation File
To ensure smooth operation of the sessions, the speakers are encouraged to have a short rehearsal before the symposium begins and may be able to test their slides and equipment during this time. Our staff and technician will preview your presentation materials with the same equipment as the actual session.
Technical Equipment Information
Technical AV / Equipments: The session room will have the following equipments.
HARDWARE
- The technician will support the speakers in preparing the technical aspects of their presentation.
- If a speaker wishes to use audio, animation files, or short videos in presentation, it is recommended to save each file separately and to send or bring them to the Secretariat for testing along with the presentation file.
- If a speaker needs to use a personal laptop (Mac, IBM), please let us know in advance and bring all necessary adapters compatible with the beam projector (HDMI port).
- Please cancel screen saver, power saver set up or a password for start up, if it's set.
- Please be sure to bring a back up of the data beside your own PC.
SOFTWARE
- Microsoft PowerPoint 2016~2022 - Microsoft Word 2016~2022
- Adobe Reader
- When a speaker comes to the podium, the screen will show a slide containing a brief introduction of the speak followed by the first PPT slide, which will be controlled by the technician.
- A monitor and master pointer will be set up at the podium. The speakers can operate each slide from the podi using the pointer as they speak.
- A microphone will be arranged at the podium.

All sessions will be conducted in English.
